Tomas Jay

Tomas Jay's unique voice is both soulful and accomplished. His singing takes the listener on an emotional journey. An Alumni of the New England Conservatory of Music, and Ruth Asawa San Francisco School of the Arts. Tomas is the 2015 Akademia Music winner for best Jazz Vocals for his rendition of the Sinatra classic, Fly Me to the Moon. His exposure to music growing up includes gospel, R&B/soul, pop, world beat, musical theater, classical music before finding his home is contemporary jazz and fusion. Tomas Jay was a featured soloist on a national special PBS broadcast, the Boston Pops, House of Blues, Historical JFK library and Museum, San Francisco Jazz Festival, and many other popular venues in the United states.These impressive credentials, however, can't begin to express the powerful sound of his voice- for that, you need hear him for yourself.
