Frank began his music career before he could even read. At a very young age he "learned" the words of songs he would sing at church. As he grew his voice grew with him. He won numerous talent contests and was selected for honors in local and state high school choruses and ensembles
After garnering these awards he embarked on a new mission. It was time to become a total musician. The quest began with guitar and as word got out of how proficient the self-taught player had become offers from numerous bands began to pile up.
After finally deciding to put together a band of great musicians he formed Frank Ott & Hell Yeah.
Frank instantly proved to be a star at his live performances and other personal
appearances. His success proved well for him and led to him being honored to open for such great acts as Delbert McClinton, Jeff Bates, Radney Foster, Wayne Toups, Lee Roy Parnell, Confederate Railroad, Trini Triggs, Ty England, Doug Stone, Sammy Kershaw, Luke Bryan and others
Frank has proven himself to be a viable competitor in Country music as demonstrated by the whirlwind of activity in his career over the past few years. Along with his exhaustible live performances, Frank has marked the release of his first CD in mid 2008, which is sure to be a huge success based on the abundant requests from his fans.
