Judge for HardLeft in Indie Rock starting October 1, 2022
HardLeft is a rock band from the US (Atlanta, Georgia), diving into the dark side of relationships.

The members are four gifted and restless artists with a broken perspective, in search of the beauty within the darkness. They’ve worked together for several years and have built quite a formidable creative machine. Melody, power, and attitude are what they bring to the table, with an overall goal of creating a sexy romp in a rockin haystack full of emotions, while they sort it all out.

HardLeft’s discography consists of a full-length debut CD titled "Underbelly" (13 songs) and a follow-up EP release titled "Underbelly: Deeper Cuts" (7 songs). Their musical look at the "Underbelly" is hard & sexy, yet dark & brooding, but bottom-line brilliant. The music's alive, insatiably hungry, and it lunges at you with a searing look inside dysfunctional relationships.

Reviewers have praised their refreshing sound, strong vocals, cool attitude, excellent musicianship, great arrangements, memorable hooks, marketable songs, solid lyrics, tight dynamics, convincing energy, and impressive recordings. The band has certainly gathered a nice fan base for themselves on MySpace and other Internet sites, as well.

A thoroughly modern rock band, HardLeft also has Brit-pop, punkish, and electronic overtones throughout as they pay homage to their musical heroes - while defining a sound of their own.
