Portrait of TLiebengood
My music is soulful pop, R&B, with a bit of gospel. I have been greatly influenced by the Motown Sound and was privileged to have spent some time in the MoWest Motown studios in Los Angeles with producers and artists. I was a demo singer for songwriters such as Bob Crewe ("Lady Marmalade") and Barry DeVorzon ("Bless the Beast and the Children"). I have recorded and mixed at Paramount, Capitol Records, and A&M studios.
I have recorded three cds of my musical compositions on which I am also the vocalist. Find the Rainbow, my first released cd , features Billy Preston on organ on two cuts. My second cd, Tender Steel and "Jesus, Please Come Home to Me this Christmas " cd single, were produced by Robert Copeland, with an amazing orchestra and choir backing me up. On the later two cds my artist name is T.Goode.
I'm with BMI. Up 4 Grabs is the name of my song publishing company. I received 2 Telly Awards for my video of my song "Never Give Up On L-o-v-e" from Find the Rainbow. I have performed in NYC, and in Hollywood at the Troubadour and at the Gardenia Room in a show with Katharine McPhee.
