At just 15, singer/songwriter MOREYA has an emotional maturity well beyond her years. Her lyrics shed light on serious social issues with beautiful melodies and insightful lyrics.
The first single off her debut album, "Taking Back Our Crown" deals with themes of empowerment and self expression. MOREYA credits her songwriting skills to being "an old soul with a heavy heart". However, she is quick to add that the album “isn’t all serious and that there are plenty of lighthearted moments along the way”.
