American Complex formed april of 2008.
"We wanted to play music that was different than what other bands play in our area, we just got sick of going to shows and hearing people with musical talent play, but just scream their way through songs. it was boring" -Jim, "Its refreshing to see a different band with a different sound that can inspire you or even give you a different take on music. We dont really have a genre we just play what we feel from blues to rock and everything in between and put a little twist on it!"

With a base of '90's rock influence, add a twist of country twang and a dash of metal you have a sound thats like none other! with each member giving everything they know and love into the mix they creates a world of lyrical swirls and musical talents to create a bundle of what we know as American Complex.
