About Corbin Corona

Los Angeles, CA

"I'mma do me and thats all that really matters, I'mma keep burnin' up like a box of matches" - Corbin Corona

Restless since the age of 8 growing up in a suburb of Dallas, Texas, Corbin Corona found freedom and self expression in Hip Hop music and the culture that was quickly exploding in the South.

By the age of 18, as he says, music found him. Corbin relocated to LA where he found the resources in the music scene to expand his producing talent. Rappers and top producers began to gravitate towards him naturally because of his fresh energy fueled by that relentless burning of self expression. That burning energy of a new generation. Rappers Juicy J and Three 6 Mafia took note. Ensayne Wayne brother of producer Drummer Boy became a mentor.

By 20, the box of matches was on fire, Corbin was crafting tracks with Jeezy, Cam'ron, Future and Chamillionaire.

In 2013 Corbin linked up with Slim, owner of Cash Money Records, producing tracks for projects on the successful label. Corbin has worked on tracks for Austin Mahone, Veronica V and upcoming talent on YMCMB.

Now at 26, he is a sough-after beat producer who creates new worlds with his sounds. A poetic street writer, a producer mixing layers of global music influences, a burning raising voice for his restless generation - it's now his time, Corbin Corona, is gonna do him.

In 2015, Corbin Corona will release his debut album that will feature many guests artists including, Future. The album entirely self written and produced, is titled - "Apriori Anunnaki".
