LODGING
Artist prefers to stay at Hampton Inn hotel when possible. Purchaser shall pre-pay for 5 double rooms and provide Artist with confirmation numbers and contact, address, phone and fax numbers with the return of this contract. When Artist travels in own vehicle, Purchaser must pay hotel parking. Artist vehicle is 25 feet long.
TRANSPORTATION
Artist will arrive by Van. When Artist provides own transportation, parking is required for eight vehicles (number of vehicles or size and type) near stage door of venue for load-in and load-out and for duration of the show.
When Artist arrives by means other than own transportation, Purchaser shall provide ground transportation as specified in Contract. Artist may require Purchaser to provide local transportation and driver on day performance to fulfill media requests and interviews to promote show.
