Mr. Roddrick King is the Owner and CEO of Deepdwella Records, an Independent Record Label originating in 2001, and based in Seattle, Washington. Currently obtaining my AAA in Audio /engineer/ Music technology/
Otherwise known as Mr. 20sic, he spends his days as a Producer, an Artist, as well as a Performer. Mr. 20sic brings to the table a wide assortment of beats, many accentuated by his ability to play electric and acoustic guitars, bass and keyboards. Deepdwella Records can currently be seen collaborating with entertainers and companies in the Greater Seattle Area, including but not limited to BuildinBloks Entertainment, Everlasting Funk Productions, and Urban Sol Entertainment. Deepdwella and it's collaborative partners are due to be releasing a Spring 2010 collaborative compilation CD, with some of the best Rap/Hip Hop to be heard in the Greater Seattle area.
Beats created and produced with live professional guitar and bass recordings Using Pro tools and Reasons 4.1. Optional delivery methods. Beats can be converted into MP3 file and sent by email upon confirmation of payment, or can be burned to disk and mailed (shipping and handling costs will apply).

Leasing Rights/License (Non-Exclusive):
Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos, but you have the full rights to record or mix the beat in any form. When someone buys the exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. Upon purchasing Leasing Rights, Mr.20sic(Roddrick King) still owns the beat(s) and is able to resell the beat(s) to any other person until Exclusive Rights have been purchased. You must however give full credit to Mr.20sic (Roddrick king) on all commercial recordings.
Exclusive Rights/License:
With buying an Exclusive Beat, you have the right to use the Beat for any recording you want to. Mr. 20Sic(Roddrick King) may no longer lease or sell the beat, except for prior Leasing Rights holders. You must however give full credit to Mr. 20Sic(Roddrick King) on all comm
