Not your grandmothers blues is the tagline that bests describes Jays music. It's not the typical 3 chord progression, rather perhaps a Neo-Blues. With this first offering he strives to mesh all genres with the blues admidst the backdrop of urban apathy and one mans fall from grace.

Technical Requirements

This Stage Plot is for a venue know as The Ambassador, which used to be an old theatre in the early 1900s . Since then it has been renovated and turned into one of the most prominent venues in all of Southwest Ohio. We require four vocal mikes along with two additional mikes for our trumpet and flute players. The drummer and Percussionist both have there own mikes 4 and 3 respectively. The Bass player has an old fashioned Peavy amp, and our Keyboardist has his own monitor. Speaking of monitors we use two main monitors up front, one for the lead vocalist, and one for the background vocalists. We have a midsize Yahmaha PA system with two tens.  We look forward to bringing an exciting and fun filled show to any venue we may play in.
