Katrina is a bona fide triple threat – singer/dancer –actress – host. She made her film debut in the Full Moon production of “Rag Doll” and next appeared in the hit “Smiling Fish and Goat on Fire” with jazz veteran Bill Henderson and Christina Miller (of the Drew Carey show) which launched the acting and directing careers of the Martini brothers, Derek and
Steven.
Katrina started her singing career at the age of (3) three. She performed at a National Pageant in Atlantic City and won singing, “Greatest Love of All” (Whitney Houston).
Katrina knew then that she wanted to perform.
Katrina has proven herself to be tireless, she been nominated for Detroit Music Awards 2006,
Best Hip Hop Artist & Best Music Video, Katrina won the 2006 2nd Annual High School Music Icon search sponsor by Baby Mike Music Production/Mike Winans Jr.. Katrina also play the leading role in the Barry Manilow’s COPACABANA as Lola. She has
performed at Talent Show, Mall Concerts, Festivals, Benefits, and School Shows. She was runner up in the Apollo for Kids contest held here in Detroit and has won many awards for her acting, singing and dancing.
Katrina has opened shows for Al Hudson and One Way, Contours, Chilites, Midnight Star, O’Jays and performed on stage with the Whispers and Howard Hewitt. Trina has worked with the Ladies of Virtue, and other local Rap/Hip-Hop/Pop and Gospel
singers.
Katrina has taken dance classes from the best. She has worked with Hip/Hop choreographers Dante’ Harper, Swoop, Storm, Shane Sparks, Wade Robson, Aaron, JT. Horenstein and Regina Williams.
Currently Katrina is hosting a televised talk show called “Kids On The Move” on Comcast and ED TV 16 Southfield cable stations. In which she interviews people about their aspirations and successes. The show is produced, directed and written by Katrina and her mother. Katrina has over 65 episodes.
Katrina has been in the studio writing and recording songs, working with her producers
/writers, David Sparkman. Mike Winans Jr., Daniel Glass & Pete Zora (who produce & wrote Chris Brown Platinum record Just Fine), Jersey Boys and more for her upcoming CD.
Katrina’s beauty charm and intelligence radiate from within, giving her maturity beyond her years. At the same time, she exudes such spunk, charisma and wit that you never forget that she is an energetic young lady. These unique characteristics allow her to sing, dance, and show off a large variety of talents.
