Phoenix based rock band Incidental now booking tour dates for the "Fill In The Blank" Tour this fall.  Matt is incorporating the story of the NEWLY RELEASED concept album with the art of infamous Angel Silva Tattoos. The tour crosses the US in Fall of 2012 and will also be appearing at selective tattoo conventions across the country.
