When I originally wrote the lyrics to this song, I was making it clear that anger was a healthy emotion for anyone to embrace and act on. After I rededicated my life to the Lord, I rewrote the song with lyrics that stated that even though anger is a healthy emotion to express at times, we must be very careful not to sin when we do get angry. It's a valuable lesson to be learned.
