On Imagine, James ponders what life would be like if people lived out their dreams and actualized their potential. In one verse he belts, “I’m just around the corner from all of my dreams … and I am too young to let it all slip away.” He challenges himself and his listeners to imagine a utopian lifestyle … love a little more, begrudge a little less and not succumb to the pains of daily life, but conquer them, “because another day brings a chance to see what dreams are made of.”
