Adavant

Adavänt is an epic/folk metal band based in Chandler, Arizona with strong classical and Celtic influences. Formed in November of 2007, the band’s sound encompasses a rich variety of musical genres and styles. With moods ranging from intense battle hymns, to folky upbeat drinking songs, Adavänt musically paints pictures of epic soundscapes and intricate melodic motifs. The cultivated musician’s answer to the generic metal predominant to their scene, the band plays a style of music that maintains the heaviness of metal without compromising the musicianship of classical and Celtic songwriting. With influences ranging from thrash to Baroque, Adavänt offers their listeners a unique and complex musical experience.
