About Blind Exit
Blind Exit is a high-energy rock band quickly making a name for themselves. Their eclectic style is refreshing in today’s formulaic music culture. With the release of their new EP “Rise Up”, they have established themselves as a real force in the Denver music scene.
Formed in 2005, they have played shows all over Colorado, building up a following and generating buzz. In 2007, Blind Exit made a gutsy move and replaced their vocalist, Justin Glichrist, who left the band after deciding to pursue other goals, with North Carolina’s Chris Evans. With that change, a new sound and presence emerged – a raw, powerful, and seductive presence that is Blind Exit.
Recognizing that the new Blind Exit had what it takes to breathe life back into rock, in the summer of 2008, Black Horse Management and Black Horse Productions signed Blind Exit to a 2 CD deal. The boys (Chris Evans, Scott Leach, Josh Tilsley, and Jeremy Kelly) have taken Black’s Horse challenge – to resurrect rock – seriously and have headed into the studio to write and record their next full length album, which is expected to drop in July 2009.
