I'm really excited about this year's CMJ. I haven't been in a few years and I'm driven to go. I'm stoked that Stetsasonic and the Dallas Austin Experience are on the bill amongst some major hot acts!!

I am so excited about CMJ 2008 in NYC! Really hoping to catch Broken Social Scene but also REALLY psyched about Juliana Hatfield (my GOD does that bring back memories!

As a singer/songwriter/guitarist and the founder of GuitarGirls.com, I'd LOVE to attend CMJ 2008! If funds allow, I'll be there. If not, I'll be there in spirit!! There are so many great bands and solo artists playing there, but I'd most love to be able to report on some of the great gals playing at CMJ, both solo artists known to many such as Joan Osborne and Juliana Hatfield (great to have them there) as well as lessor known female dominated bands like Vivian Girls.

Wishing all artists selected to play all the best and thanks, CMJ, for all the great indie artist exposure! What a party..
