Maybe it's her passionate performance. Or her catchy pop melodies. Could be her rocker chick style and myriad of hair colors. Whatever the case, Lyndzie Taylor is a new brand of singer/songwriter, and her energy and passion are enchanting the music scene.
Writing songs since childhood and picking up guitar at age 14, Lyndzie is a seasoned performer at only 24. After establishing herself as one of the youngest talents in Denver, with two independent releases and a steady stream of performances, she moved to LA to refine her vocal talent and passion for drama at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Hollywood.
Lyndzie spent her first years in the City of Angels honing her craft and building her repertoire of new material, releasing the indie EP, "All The Stars In The Sky" in 2007. She played a sold out release party at the Cat Club on the Sunset Strip, and filmed a music video for her single "Los Angeles."
This past year has been a whirlwind for the songwriter, while her Twilight Saga-inspired side project, The Twilight Music Girls, exploded among Twilight fans all over the web. With a West Coast tour already under their belt and over 5000 downloads sold, the group has appeared at events in Texas, Arizona, Utah, California and more.
Inspired by the likes of The Beatles, The Counting Crows, Jason Mraz, and her all time favorite band, Hanson, Lyndzie lives for a great pop song. Her voice is a powerhouse of emotion and intensity; whether backed by a full band or just her acoustic guitar, Lyndzie rocks every venue she plays with the utmost passion.
She is currently having a blast performing solo, as well as rocking it out with her Fellow Twilight Music Girls whenever she can. She looks forward to recording her first full-length album this September. For music and all the latest updates, visit www.lyndzietaylor.com
