The Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular Pavilion, once known as Meadowbrook Farm, has always been a place of peace, of geographic beauty, a place that seems to beckon to the traveler to stop, to enjoy, and to stay and make wonderful memories.

Spanning over two centuries, Meadowbrook Farm was owned by the Miller Family, who used the land for summer vacations, weekend excursions, and a place for family entertainment. As time went on, the land began to develop and in the early 1900’s cottages began to appear upon the Meadowbrook property. Along the beautiful shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and with the mountainous background image, the Miller family would spend their time relaxing and enjoying the great outdoors.

The Miller Family would hold family concerts, where each member of the family played an instrument. As the years went on, the land changed and soon the ownership of the land was passed on. The Miller Family still owns property next door to Meadowbrook, always believing that the land would be best suited for a park for anyone to use.

Today Meadowbrook Musical Arts Center has taken the concert ideals of the Miller Family and evolved the land into a concert venue suited for world-class talent in a beautiful, friendly atmosphere with a variety of music genres sounding from its speakers.

At the beginning in 1996, Meadowbrook consisted of temporary staging--2,500 portable seats and room for 2,000 lawn guests. Today the venue consists of 3,097 reserved seats underneath the pavilion roof, 540 reserved lawn seats, and 2,850 general admission lawn seats. With fourteen vendors providing services such as merchandise, food, and beverages, Meadowbrook provides a wonderful experience for all. New in 2005, Meadowbrook has added the Second Stage--a tented area with a full service bar where local bands play for concert guests prior to the start of the main show.

Ever-changing and always improving, the evolution of Meadowbrook proves that a bit of imagination and a vision can go a long, long way. In 2005, Meadowbrook Musical Arts Center is proud to celebrate its 10th anniversary as a premier concert venue and vows to continue to provide an ultimate concert experience for years to come. In 2007, Meadowbrook was proudly nominated for Venue of the Year by the Academy of Country Music.
