The daughter of a Internationally famous DJ, Miss London was born in Ladbroke Grove, London into a family where the music culture reigned supreme. Her father’s popularity in the club scene and the musically dominant culture of the west end afforded her the opportunity to experience a wide variety of genres, from pop to reggae to hip-hop. By the time she was fifteen, Miss London was writing her own lyrics to the instrumentals of her favorite artists such as Missy Elliot and Tupac Shakur. She soon began spitting around the neighborhood and was propelled by the responses of her peers. Over the years, she was a member of several “girl bands” which fueled her passion for performing in front of an live audience. In time, the rapper found that a solo career was best for her and heights she was determined to reach. Hip Hop Stardom! In 2004 Miss London moved to Atlanta after falling in love with the city on a visit to see her family. Once rooted, the artist pursued her dream of rapping and linked up with a number of Hip Hop heavy weight producers. Miss London dove head first into the club scene, pushing her music out to DJ’s and making a name for herself. In 2007 she collaborated with Atlanta’s premier Legion of Doom DJ’s (LOD) DJ Skeeta and DJ Chap. Within months she signed with TrunkBeata Entertainment and dropped the hit single Gettin’ Money. Currently working on her first album, Miss London is stomping thru the rap game as a strong female lyricist with a classy sex appeal to top it off. As TrunkBeata Entertainment’s First Lady, this “Brit Babe” is bringing some heat to the streets!!
