I toured with the Jackson Singers in Germany for one year. This is a traditional gospel group. We did a a live performance on national T.V. in a dedication to Princess Dianna. I backed up LaBouch and the Queen of jazz. Joan Faulkner in Germany. I open for M.C. Lyte during a no show performance in Frankfurt, Germany. I recently started to write my own
stuff. I am strictly dealing with lyric in Spoken word Poetry now. I have been published by a few Anthologies for my work in Poetry. I like to call it, "Talking Cure". After, coming out the classroom I have decided to revisit and re-kettle, that spirit of music, that never seem to leave me. That also somehow manages to pay my bills. I guess you could say, that am starting a second career,or I am just coming back to my first love of singing and writing. I am putting my voice out there, as unique and one of a kind in the the industry of Voice Over. I love narrating books on tape and frequently I have been known to change my voice to fit that of it's character. I was told that I had a very soft distinguished voice and that I should do something with it beside screaming at children all day in a classroom!
