When asked where she originates from, Selena proudly boasts, "From The Village of Harlem, by way of Savannah, Georgia, and all over The DMV". An R&B, Jazz & Blues singer described by Washington Post's Entertainment Reporter Mike Joyce as "...a commanding singer...emotionally expressive."

Selena performs, in her own unforgettable eclectic style, everything from Bobby Cauldwell’s Jazzy “What You Won’t Do For Love”, to R&B/Soul Diva Mary J. Blige’s “Love No Limit”, from “Sassy” Sarah Vaughn’s “My Funny Valentine”, to the queen of Rock‘n Roll, Tina Turner’s “Proud Mary”.

Currently putting the finishing touches on her debut CD "Cry With A Smile", scheduled for a Winter 2010 release (date TBA), will be "a combination of Ole Skool and New Kool, with a little sumthin', sumthin' for everyone".

"Touch Me, Feel U", Selena's entry into the National and WMMJ-DC Regional Andre Harrell Superstar Soul Search Contest, will be the first single from the upcoming CD, take a listen, she promises 4 minutes and 57 seconds of "Eargasmic Bliss"!
