About Sienna Ray Starr
Canoga Park, CA
My name is Sienna Ray Starr nicknamed "Peaches" at birth by my great grandmother. I am a singer, songwriter, keyboardist, acoustic guitar & electric bass player. I produce my own recordings as well as singing all the vocals and playing all the instruments on them.
I have been a professional singer / musician my entire adult life having begun my piano studies at age 7 and copyrighted my first 3 songs at age 12. I have directed choirs, taught piano, performed as a solo artist and with bands. My voice was once featured during a Superbowl Halftime tribute to Motown and I was once featured in a group that opened for Leo Katke. I also opened for The Mary Jane Girls and The Manhattans.
In 2003 I co-wrote a song with Howard McCrary for the movie "LOOKING FOR AN ENDING" also singing the lead vocal. I have made several television appearances including NBC's 2005 sitcom "Commitment" and have appeared several times on TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) with Howard McCrary, Linda McCrary and artist/producer Tim Miner.
In addition to performing and recording I am a Vocal Coach in the Hollywood, L.A. area.
