SkoLA

Yng SkoLA was born in Wilmington NC, but through shuffling around the states as a kid, he has ended up in California. He states that his reason for writing is to show that all rap doesn't have to be act. He says "A lot of people get in front of a mic and start repeating what they think is appealing instead of what they know and whats real... If the lyrics and stories you tell aren't your, what are you really talkin' bout."

Graduating class of 2009 SkoLA is currently a full time student at North Carolina A&T SU class of 2013, majoring in biology.

With an ambition to learn and build upon the industry, Yng SkoLA is currently working on an introductory compilation know as "Enlightening Thoughts", yet to disclose what will be on the final disc, he assures that it will showcase his talent in a positive light.
