About The German Regime

Miami, FL

Dee-Soulopez was born Jayson Free Lopez on June 6th 1976 in Luquillo, Puerto Rico. In January of 1983 he moved to Sunset (GUNSET) Park in Brooklyn New York, where he fell in love with the city's music and it's culture. His first love was graffiti and the music it inspired. Dee was raised listening to the likes of Big Daddy Kane, Rakim Allah, Kool G Rap, and Gangstarr amongst others. This is around the time when Dee spilled his first rhymes on paper or anything he could write on. In 1990 His mother moved him and his sister down to Miami, Florida where he met Exes and Big Stats. He went to school for about half a year but was left back due to his excessive truancies. At this point he missed home so much that he ran away and went back to New York City. Living with his father in the lower east side of Manhattan he ran the streets boosting clothes and writing on walls. Still, committed to his craft as an M.C. he jumped into any cipher he encountered. In 1994 Dee-Soul moved back to Miami and began to focus on his music with Stats and Exes. Unfortunately, music wasn’t putting food on the table so Dee ran the streets but swore to never lose focus and stay committed to his music. Change came in the year of 97’ when he attended Full Sails recording arts program. Not too long after that in the year 2000 while people were preparing for the Y2K bug, Dee-Soul, Exes, and Stats were preparing a movement in the form of a morning show. The “Breakfast Club” aired on a locally broadcasted, online, FM radio station, Blaze 104.7. Before the Baka boys, this was Miami’s first all Latino morning show to play “real” hip-hop and clown the fake. Dee was 1 of 3 radio personalities on this groundbreaking show. This emcee has paid his dues. He has held his own on the radio and at shows on many of occasions while performing solo or with Big Stats and Exes. Currently, Dee-Soul and Exes are leading a new movement forward with the creation of the "GERMAN REGIME."(THE GERMANS IS COMING!!!) Ya’ boy is repping that East Coast/Dade County ish all day. You already know what it be:

Dj Exes Tha' Tektoucher:
DJ Exes was born Omar Marrero on the Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico. His formative years where spent back and forth between New Jersey and Florida. It was during this constant transition that he began honing his skills as a DJ. Having moved back to “Jersey” after Hurricane Andrew he received a pair of “Gemini” turntables for Christmas. Almost a year later, he hustled up some money and got Technic’s. After graduation, Exes attended Community College in New Jersey then in Florida. In 1997, he attended Full Sail School for the Recording Arts where he attained an A.S. in Audio Engineering. Hungry for any kind of exposure; this technic toucher DJ’d whenever he could, wherever he could, mostly for free. After this maturing experience DJ Exes moved back to “Jersey” and landed an internship at NYC’s own Unique Studios. Moving back to Miami in 99’, Exes, friend Stats, and cousin Dee-Soul began a morning show. The “Breakfast Club” aired on a locally broadcasted, online, FM radio station called Blaze 104.7. This was Miami’s first all latino morning show to play that “real” hip-hop. This DJ has spun for many nightclubs in and around the magic city. He has also had his hand in producing. From commercials for Alonzo Mournings “Cutz” barber shop to a spin off of the “The Breakfast Club” called the “Pro-Show”. Unfortunately, due to the instability of underground radio, that gig did not last. Exeso got back on his grind and has since continued to push his music through various mixtapes and connections he has made throughout the industry. As one of the founders of Provisions-Unlimited.Com this dj has managed to professionally reconstructing others views in society ignored or not seen. Currently the turntable technician has teamed up with cousin and long time friend Dee-Soul to form the “German Regime” under Thirstin Howl the 3rd’s Skillionaire Enterprises Inc. label. Exes and team are on the grind and focused on success. Its only a matter of time before they change the game as we know it. Stay tuned.
