The title cut from the new CD by The R&B Bombers. Slow blues with a little big band horn arrangement and the tenor sax of Craig Thomas. Joe Wilson sings about a life of poor decisions but no regrets.
This is the REAL Deal! That horn arrangement is to die for! Love the lyrics & singing. Finding a job might ruin my whole career! That's good! Also sweet production! Oh yeah that that Tenor solo.....!!
What a depressing song, I wasn't sure at first if I liked the 3/4 bars. I had to remind myself that you guys are not the usual blues type band. If you are going to sing about bad times this is the real deal. I love the horn motion- always in the right places.

Hey Guys
You know, when you're listening to a song and it's coming up on the landing and you think..."OH NO, this can't be the end of this song. I won't it to go on & on." Now you know that is something special This song is so smooth I just can't stand it. The performance, vocally and instrumentally is absolutely flawless and being a producer myself, I don't think I could have done anywhere near as good a job
I just wish I could hear you guys live. I dearly love your music
