This song is far more than a hit or a fovorite, It is a phenomenon. It not only is a pleasure to hear but it touches it's audience Personally, Emotionally & Spiritually. It has the remarkable ability to give voice to Deceased Heros and their Truely Dedicated and deserving families. In Memory Of is not a song for Police Officers. It is far deeper. Any Human Being that has ever cared for someone who has died can associate and feel a remarkable bond for this song.

What a great video. Should be shown on all network and cable tv stations prime time news in light of the recent tragedies in Oakland and Pittsburg. This artist's rendering of the song he co-wrote tugs at the heart strings of every survivor of senseless violence against our police officers. As a 42 year veteran of the New Orleans Police Department I can truly attest to the sincerety and importance of this song and accompanying video. Thanks Derik for all that you do....
